I'm a software engineer in San Diego with a background in mathematical modeling and scientific computation. I have expertise applying data-mining and artificial intelligence methods to problems revolving around multimedia (video,  audio, images, text, etc.), especially to computer vision and image processing applications.  At the core, I'm an enthusiastic technologist who loves working on challenging problems.
